Working team
- We only provide our services through our employees. Currently we have two shareholders/partners and a total of 6 employees on indefinite work contracts. All employees preparing reports are educated to masters level at university, have graduated from two years of specialised expert study and are currently named as experts in appraising buildings and valuing property.

- Dr.Ing. Miloslav Jokl. Position in our office: Main Consultant. Languages spoken: English and Russian Education: Ing. at the Construction Faculty of ČVUT in Prague; PhD. at VŠE Prague. Activities in professional institutions: previously a member of the English ISVA and RICS association of experts. Postgraduate study: graduate of four semesters of post graduate study at Leeds Metropolitan University “Professional Diploma in Real Estate Studies” (Manchester, Leeds, Dublin); graduate of 4 semesters of post graduate university study at IOM VŠE in Prague “Valuing property”. Teaching activities: lectures at the Construction Faculty of ČVUT in Prague. International awards: listed in Marquis Who´s Who in the World (USA). Professional practice: took part in the European research into the internal environment of the Airbus airplane, responsible for our appraisals for international arbitration courts in Vienna, Zurich and London, court expert in the Czech Republic in the field of construction, in the branch of residential and industrial buildings with a particular specialisation in the internal environment of buildings, and in the field of economics in the field of prices and estimates with a particular specialisation in valuing the internal environment of a building. - Doc.Ing. Václav Kupilík. Position in our office: Senior Consultant. Languages spoken: English and Russian. Education: full time lecturer at the Construction Faculty of ČVUT in Prague. Activities in professional institutions: former member of the council of experts of the Institution of Property Valuation in Prague, President of the testing commission for TPZ, VTPZ and KTPZ certification (technician, head and checking technician of fire equipment), member of the programming commission of the CSQ-CERT certification body, the Czech quality society, member of the Science/Technology society for building rehabilitation and the care of WTA monuments. Teaching activities: Construction Faculty of ČVUT in Prague; lectures at the IOM VŠE in Prague. Professional practice: Chartered Engineer in the field of Civil Engineering, Chartered Engineer in the field of the fire safety of buildings, court expert in the Czech Republic in the field of construction in the field of residential and industrial buildings with a particular specialisation in defects, breakdowns and the reconstruction of buildings and fire safety in buildings.
